Fuze7 was hired to rebuild and improve the company’s existing WordPress website to create a better way to collect and respond to leads. Our main goal was to create a sales funnel from the contact form by adding qualifying questions. To drive visitors to the contact form we added a call to action banner across all pages. Additionally, we built a sales promotion for lead collection with a smart form that sends user data to a database and builds a dynamic spreadsheet for the sales and customer service teams. Once the team speaks with a prospective client, they are able to share a training video through a “hidden” link. Overall, the site relies on video as both a means to introduce the company and to share information and advice with clients.
